I take one client per specialty in each geographic market. That means if I'm working with a fertility clinic in Dallas, I'm not working with another fertility clinic in Dallas. Not while we're engaged, and not while the results are in play.
This isn't a standard agency policy. It's how the work is designed. AI engines learn from patterns of consistency — citations, content, entity signals. Dividing that attention across competing practices in the same market produces weaker results for both. I don't do it.
