If my audit doesn't uncover at least 3 critical visibility gaps holding back your AI and local search presence, I will refund your $997 in full.

1. Eligibility. This guarantee is available exclusively to licensed healthcare practices and providers actively seeking to improve patient search visibility. It does not apply to marketing agencies, consultants, competitors, or individuals purchasing the audit to evaluate Meridian's methodology. Meridian reserves the right to verify that the submitted practice information corresponds to an active, licensed clinical practice before processing any refund request.

2. The Promise. If the delivered audit report does not document at least three (3) critical visibility gaps holding back your practice's AI and local search presence, you may request a remedy under these terms.

3. Definition of a "Critical Gap." A critical gap is a documented, factual issue within your AI engine presence (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity), Google Business Profile, or website architecture that directly restricts, confuses, or prevents accurate search visibility for your practice. The audit report itself is the objective record — the number of documented gaps in the delivered report determines whether this guarantee applies.

4. How to Claim. Requests must be submitted in writing to lakshmy@meridiandigitalstrategy.com within seven (7) calendar days of audit delivery (the date the report is sent to the email address provided at checkout). No forms. No arguments — if the report doesn't show 3 documented gaps, you'll hear back within one business day.

Upon a qualifying claim, you may elect one of the following remedies:

  • Full cash refund: $997 returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Sprint credit: Apply the full $997 as a credit toward Meridian's 90-Day Sprint engagement, valid for 60 days from the claim date. This option must be elected at the time of the refund request.

5. Conditions & Exclusions. This guarantee applies exclusively to the standalone $997 AI Visibility Audit. It does not apply to the 90-Day Sprint, ongoing retainer work, or any implementation services. This guarantee is void if the client provides inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent practice information at the time of purchase. This guarantee is a promise of discovery, not implementation — fixing identified gaps is the client's responsibility unless a separate implementation agreement is signed.

6. Governing Terms. Meridian Digital Strategy operates from Plano, Texas. These terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute regarding this guarantee shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Collin County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
