I know what trusted clinical information is worth when there is no margin for error.
Meridian was built at the intersection of search expertise and personal necessity. The infrastructure is technical. The reasons behind it are not.
A career in agency strategy taught me how search works at every layer: traditional rankings, local visibility, and now the shift to AI-generated answers where credentials either surface accurately or disappear entirely.
What that career could not teach me is what a patient carries into that search. I know that from my own experience, as a woman navigating her own health, and as a caretaker who learned what it truly means when the right specialist is not findable at the moment it matters most.
